高齢者によるアクセルとブレーキの踏み間違い事故が社会問題化している．本研究は，高齢者の人間工学的特性と踏み間違いの発生の関係を検討した．モックアップ実験において，ブレーキの教示でアクセルを踏んだ場合のエラーと人間工学的特性指標間で分散分析を実施した結果，歩行能力と注意機能が有意であることが示された．
Accidents in which elderly people make the mistake of stepping on the accelerator and brake have become a social problem in Japan. This study examined the relationship between ergonomic characteristics and the occurrence of stepping errors in the elderly. In a mock-up experiment, analysis of variance between the error and ergonomic characteristic index for accelerating while teaching braking showed that the results of the 2 step test, which is included in the Locomotive Syndrome Tests and is an indicator of walking ability, and the results of the Trail Making Test Part B, which is an attentional function index, were significant.
